Public call arrives
The caller reaches the Trusted Communications number, not the subscriber’s private destination.
Trusted Communications verifies approved callers and senders before they reach you—without exposing your private phone number or inbox.
Designed for public-facing professionals, executives, teams and families who need to remain reachable without surrendering control.
Trusted Access Codes are assigned by relationship, channel, schedule or use limit. Every code can be disabled independently.
The caller reaches the Trusted Communications number, not the subscriber’s private destination.
The platform checks the code, status, channel, expiration and usage limits.
Only verified callers are bridged. Unknown callers can be denied or allowed to request a callback.
The subscriber sees the sender, outcome and code label—never the plaintext code.
Incoming email is held by the gateway. The sender receives a secure verification challenge and enters the same Trusted Access Code used for voice.
Codes use a keyed lookup digest and a separate one-way password hash.
Every portal action is checked against the authenticated subscriber or an explicitly authorized support role.
Protected request signatures and endpoint controls are validated before any voice, email or billing event is processed.
Pending files remain outside the public media library and are governed by type, size, ownership and retention controls.
Usage allowances and overages will be finalized after the paid beta establishes real network cost, support demand and verified-user behavior.
For individuals and families protecting one public communications identity.
For public-facing professionals with higher call and email volume.
For executives, practices, departments and relationship-based team routing.
